  •     You’ll develop your 3 core mental muscles.

  •     From there you’ll be able to build on this foundation in the range of your career and life applications.

7-Week Small Group Experience Combines Weekly Focus + Daily Practice + Weekly Connection

Choose between an open enrollment group program with up to 5 participants per cohort, 1:1 program, and in-house programs for teams and groups.
