As an International Coaching Federation certified coach and founder of Scale Excellence LLC, I partner with leaders, teams, and First-Generation professionals who are breaking new ground in their careers and organizations.

As a coach, I create a space of trust and psychological safety where insight, self-awareness, and lasting growth can thrive. My clients include military leaders transitioning to civilian careers and First-Generation Professionals navigating complex transitions. I draw on my experience as an inclusion champion in both corporate and non-profit environments to support their journey—and to live out my purpose of being a champion of opportunity for all.

I understand the real dynamics that shape professional cultures—from unspoken workplace norms to structural barriers—and I help my clients navigate them with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and industries. Each brings unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations to the process. Together, we focus on expanding their growth, amplifying their impact, and helping them lead with authenticity.

I also bring a personal story to this mission. My book, Poverty to Possibility: Snapshots from a Yorkshire Boyhood, is a memoir inspired by my father’s journey from a childhood of poverty in a Yorkshire, England mining village to becoming a Harvard doctor and U.S. Navy captain. His story is a testament to what can happen when we believe in, encourage, and invest in underrepresented talent. It’s why I do what I do—and why I believe that being the “first” is not a disadvantage, but a superpower.
